We are investigating the interrelationship between factors associated with operational efficiency and workplace culture.
Through the lens of the Deming / Maslow / Goleman (DMG) business framework, we are gathering and analyzing an unprecedented level of data to strategically drive legal reform.
We are bringing awareness to Institutionalized Communication BarriersTM and other entrenched obstacles that negatively impact business performance. We hope to infuse the guiding principles of quality management (QM) into the profession to break through these obstacles and free management and working level employees.
Core Goals:

Strengthen institutional communication and reduce systemic opacity.

Promote quality assurance methodologies tailored for courts, legal aid, public defenders, and prosecutorial services.

Facilitate collaborative reform initiatives between legal professionals, government agencies, and civil society.
Vision:
A world where justice systems are not only fair—but also functional, measurable, and responsive to the people they serve.
