Mission

We are examining the interrelationship between operational efficiency and workplace culture within domestic law firms and legal departments.
Using a business framework grounded in quality management and quality control principles, we are gathering data to support evidence-based legal reform.
A focus of our work is raising awareness of Institutionalized Communication Barriers™ and other entrenched obstacles that undermine business performance. By integrating the principles of quality management into the legal profession, we aim to help organizations identify and overcome these barriers.

Promoting quality control (QC) and quality management (QM) methodologies.
